• Following marketing techniques like Calling, Mailing & Faxing to increase the number of
clients who will INVEST in international market of commodities, stocks, energies & currencies.
• Briefing customers about product & satisfy all customers.
• Handling the customer queries and communicating the customer inquiries, suggestion and
comments to the management.
• In case of profit and loss keep encouraging the clients so I can retain them for longer period.
• Participating as a bridge in between client and other functional departments of the company
such as dealing ROOM, research department and trading department.
• Providing them post purchase services to make them understand about the market
condition, situation and suitable time for INVESTMENT.
• Scheduling the meeting of the clients with business development manager to discuss the
portfolio and risk management.
• Direct reporting to the Business Development Manager for the monthly performance.
• Interaction with corporate and individual clients.
• Providing customers the product information related to Ufone.
• Giving customers top quality service.
• Maintain strong relationship with the key contacts and develop new relationships.
• Resolving issues and complaints of the customers related to Ufone’s products and services.
