Implementation of management strategy for safe and reliable plant operation &
maintenance and enhance motivational standards of team.
• Establishing the maintenance targets for areas under supervision and evaluation during
execution.
• Preparation of the budgetary requirements and assist management for the monitoring
and budget control.
• Responsible for establishing the training requirements of team and promoting culture
for the adherence to the procedures.
• To promote and establish the health and safety culture and fulfill the management
expectations for safety and quality.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures for safe and reliable plant operation
and maintenance.
• Maintenance of 700 ton Centrifugal Compressor and 300 ton Reciprocating Compressor.
• Successful project execution of RO plant with pumping station installation.
• Execution of maintenance of plant machinery like Gear boxes,
Screw/Reciprocating/centrifugal Compressors, All kinds of Pumps, Gear boxes, Heat
Exchangers, Valves, HVAC Equipment like Chillers, Ventilators, and Air Handling Units
etc.
