Flare gas recovery system and CRS installation with Saudi Aramco
Assigned as Electrical construction Manager at Power Plant #10/ Riyadh Combined Cycle project responsible for:
• Electrical works for 40 No's Heat Recovery Steam Generators.
• Electrical works for 10 Steam turbines and generators.
• Water Treatment Plant Electrical works.
• Pumping Station.
• Air Compressor building.
• 20 No's Electrical buildings contain MV/LV Switch Gears,
• Erection of 10 No’s GSU 13.8/380KV step up transformers.
• 10 circuits of 380KV HV cables with cable rack from GSU’s to S/S 9023.
• Installation of protection, Fiber optic, control panels for the combined cycle project in 380 KV Substation 9023.
• HV/Control/F.O/ and LV cable pulling and termination for all above activities.
• 380 KV Surge arrestors Installation for 10 GSU transformers.
In addition to all the above I am handling, (Block B1/B2 with 8 No’s Gas Turbines with their auxiliaries including the electrical Punch list and Block C1 electrical works & punch List).
Assigned as Lead electrical engineer at Power Plant #10/ Riyadh (Block C1 with 8 No’s Gas Turbines including their auxiliaries) and the scope includes the electrical works for the following:
• 8 No’s 55MW GE frame 7 Gas turbines with their auxiliaries, local control rooms, Battery rooms, Fuel Skids, Cooling modules, etc...
• 13.8KV station building.
• 13.8KV unit switchgears.
• 4.16KV station switchgears.
• 480V essential/nonessential switchgears.
• 4 No’s 225MVA 13.8KV-13.8KV/380KV Generator step-up transformers form Hyundai.
• 4No’s 4.16KV/0.480KV 9MVA Station transformers from AREVA.
• 4No’s 13.8KV/0.480KV 3.2MVA Essential/Non essential transformers from WESCOSA.
• 16No’s 13.8KV/0.480KV 1.5MVA Unit auxiliary transformers from WESCOSA.
• 8No’s 4.16KV/0.480KV Crude oil heater transformer from WESCOSA.
• Two 13.8KV 0.5 OHM Current Limiting Reactors from TRENCH.
• 13.8KV SEG and Non SEG Bus ducts.
• 4.16KV Non SEG Bus ducts.
• 13.8KV Isolated Phase Bus ducts.
• 800 meter 380KV cable and cable rack up to the substation.
• 125V Station DC and 120V UPS system.
• Cable ladders & trays installation in cable cellars.
• MV, LV & I&C cable pulling and termination.
Assigned as senior electrical engineer at Power Plant #10/ Riyadh (Fuel Area & B2 four Gas Turbines including their auxiliaries) and the scope includes:
• Crude Oil treatment building.
• Crude Forwarding Building.
• Fuel Control Building.
• Diesel Forwarding pumps Building.
• Crude Unloading and Metering Station Building.
• Diesel Unloading and Metering Station Building.
• 8No’s Unloading Bays for diesel and crude.
• 6No’s Treated Crude Tanks.
• 2No’s Untreated Crude Tanks.
• 2No’s Diesel Tanks.
• 2No’s Fire pump house.
• National Guard Accommodation building.
• 4no’s Gas Turbines Electrical works including their auxiliary transformers, Switchgears, Step up transformers, battery rooms, bus ducts, grounding, CLR’s, etc…
- Assigned as Zone Construction Manager in the extension of PP9 / Riyadh 1200 MW C&D Block power plant(2.58 Billions SR), the scope includes:
•Eight Gas Turbines and their auxiliaries.
•Medium voltage switch gears.
•Fire alarm systems.
•Power plant auxiliaries.
•Electrical Cable Tunnel of about 1 KM length.
•Three Annex Buildings.
•Main Control Building electrical works.
•Two Local Electrical Buildings which includes: MV Switch Gears, LV Switch Gears.. Control rooms, M.V Auxiliary Transformers, 132/13.8 KV Generator Step Up Transformers.
•Supervising subcontractors to complete their scope of work.
•Executing the project management plan to get all the deliverables within time and budget.
assigned as an acting site manager in the extension of TABOUK power plant II(250 Millions SR) in KSA which includes:
•Two Gas Turbines and their auxiliaries.
•GIS & M.V Switch gears.
•Complete SCADA system.
•Fuel treatment plant.
•Fire alarm systems.
•Power plant auxiliaries.
•Warranty & Punch list issues.
•Handing over two years spare parts to SEC.
•Arrangements of meetings with the client.
assigned as site electrical engineer in the extension of TABOUK power plant II in KSA which includes:
•Two Gas Turbines and their auxiliaries.
•GIS, medium voltage switch gears.
•Complete SCADA system.
•Fuel treatment plant.
•Fire alarm systems.
•Power plant auxiliaries.
•Coordination wit the clients and subcontractors.
assigned as a site electrical engineer in the extension of JIZAN power plant project(240Millions SR) in KSA which includes:
•Two Gas Turbines and their auxiliaries.
•GIS, medium voltage, low voltage switch gears.
•SCADA system to supervise and control the 132KV GIS and two gas turbines.
•GIS, medium voltage switch gears.
•Power plant auxiliaries.
Maintenance works in factories and buildings.
