I have experience in overseeing sales operations across a network of 42 outlets, managing a team of 22 field force staff, 50 tele-sales members, 200 call center agents, 5 business developers, and a dedicated team of 12 sales support professionals, along with the training and coaching team.
In my role at Commercial Bank International, I was accountable for various new projects such as implementing call centers, email systems, facilities systems, and managing the transition to the new headquarters. Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment of a comprehensive reporting system, among numerous other projects.
During my tenure, I actively identified control gaps in processes, procedures, and systems by conducting thorough research and assessments. I provided valuable recommendations for improvement to address these gaps. Additionally, I meticulously analyzed data and findings to create comprehensive reports that detailed crucial systems information. In my role, I effectively coordinated, managed, and executed auditing projects, ensuring proper preparation for evaluations. I conducted interviews with business owners to gain a deep understanding of their needs and clearly communicated the scope of the audits. Furthermore, I maintained open lines of communication with staff, ensuring the collection of necessary information for successful audit execution.
