• Receiving citizens reports about the municipality services to transfer it for the concerned department.
• Provide assist and information for the citizens about "Eid's festevals" and other Municipality festival.
• Analyz and redirect the emergency reports from "Police Traffic" and guide the emergency patrol to the
location.
• Receving and analyzing the Civil Defense reports and acting directly regarding to case level.
