Working with DWCW which is a project company owned by (MTITO, Orascom & Mowah) and lead by MTITO in a project estimated at 225 million USD:

- Monitor all interface/third parties issues.

- Conduct regular meetings with all company Stakeholders; Ministry of investment, NWC, HCIS, SEC, MOMRA, AMANAH, GAMEP, Customs Authority, Consultants ...etc.
- Work with Company resources and Contractor for coordination, follow up or resolve issues.
- Show initiative to develop solutions (contractor-facing and stakeholder-facing)
- Provide monthly status update to off-taker (SWPC) and contribute to monthly reports to Government stakeholders.
- Assist the Company Development Director in the contractual issues or preparing Company agreements.

- Spearheading Contractor teams and executing collaborative approach to frequently schedule meetings between all stakeholders

- Frequently chairing meetings and interface between consultants, contractors, and client’s team; managing commissioning stages till project completion

- Supervising construction sites, analyzing risks, highlighting possible improvement and suggesting solutions to resolve minimize delays

Major Project Achievements:

~ Working as ‘Project Acquisition Manager’ for The Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources:
- Successfully transitioned a client to the company for conducting a technical and economic study to establish 30 Power Plants. Generation, transmission and distribution energy systems across Saudi Arabia that operate independently for agricultural clusters outside the general electric limits

~ Working as ‘Project Engineer’ for Repair Works - Reconstruction of New Bridge at Jeddah Industrial City:
- Collaborating with Technical Manager to represent ILF for major clients including MODON and Miyahona Company to deliver consultancy services for reconstruction of existing open aeration tanks

- Identified inefficiencies in entire project plan and execution by initiating a combined meeting to transform key information into actionable plans

- Personally got involved to suggest possible solutions that resulted in timely completion of project

~ Selected as a member of Knowledge Transfer Program initiated by Riyadh Development Authority to
- witness some of the work activities at Strukton Company in Holland
- witness some of the work activities at Alstom Company in Paris
~ Work with the coordinating Manager Resolved the conflict of sites between Samsung Construction and FCC by executing knowledge gained during Knowledge Transfer Program

Achievements:
- Got a recommendation from the Head of Capacity Development
- Got a recommendation from the Work Permit Office Manager
