Formulate and execute HR strategies, business and manpower plans that follow governance requirements and adhere to Ministry’s vision, mission, values, goals and strategies, as well as, to sound HR standards and practices.
Diagnose organizational performance, identify HR risk factors and recommend organizational redesign initiatives.
Develop organizational competency model, conduct job analysis, create job descriptions and specification. ensures proper utilization in Hiring, Promotion and other HR decisions.

Develop and implement career planning policies and systems, high potentials and early identification of talents programs to ensure effective succession planning process.
Develop strategies and initiatives to embed learning and development into organizational culture and ensure alliance with organization strategy and effective implementation.
Ensure training meets individual and organizational requirements and is appropriately designed, implemented and evaluated based on quality, value and return on investment.
Conduct regular SWOT analysis to ensure Human Resource Practices and Outcomes are aligned with H.H. Sheikh Khalifa’s (EFQM) excellence award.
Deliver training programs and workshops as required for senior management.
Conduct periodic HR Audit and benchmarking studies to ensure existing HR policies, procedures, programs and systems complies with best international HR practices.
Develop equitable compensation structure, in compliance with legal requirements and local markets that support positive employee behavior and engagement.
Measure and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Worked with leading public and private organizations (in GCC, ME and North Africa markets) in designing and delivering bespoke development programs for their management and leadership levels.
Extensively involved in providing consultancy - advisory services across all area of HR management.
