o Visiting customers job sites, offices & warehouses, identifying their needs and
engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
o Providing technical support, trainings, engineering designs, site tests, through providing a
value engineering services, products, and solutions.
o Providing training to Hilti sales team, to increase the level of competence and ensure the
delivery of a high-quality engineering support.
o Handling and following-up the engineering designs & services with the team.
o Following-up with customers and establishing new accounts, maximize the sales potential
and opportunities by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations
improvements.
o Preparing quotations and cost estimate studies by studying all related customer
documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
o Submits orders, monitoring delivery, following-up with collections, and collaborating
with other teams to achieve the full engineering & sales cycle in a professional manner.
o Preparing engineering and sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales
and engineering information and application trends.
o Visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, giving technical advice,
selling ideas and providing problem solving support to customers and Hilti sales team.
o Providing engineering support and coverage to designers to gain specifications, through
providing a value engineering service.
o Providing training to Hilti sales force and customers, to ensure the delivery of a high-
quality engineering support service at all times.
o Maximize the sales potential and opportunities through specification, and project
management of all activities, and coordination of all engineering resources.
o Producing all records and reports to the required standard and in a timely manner.
o Preparing of BOQ, material submittals, drawings, method of statement…etc. for
mechanical systems, and following-up to get the approval from the competent authorities.
o Designing, calculating, reviewing and analysing for mechanical systems by using codes,
standards and engineering software.
o Execution, supervision, testing and commissioning for mechanical and electromechanical
systems on sites, with commitment to technical and engineering quality standards.
o Coordination between mechanical works and others either in design stage or execution
stage.
o Conduct inspection tours to ensure the work progress according to schedule and
preparation reports about work progress on projects.
o Issuing purchase orders, receiving materials and making sure they comply with
specifications.
o Representing the Company in meetings with competent authorities.
o Issuing the financial abstracts.
Design and review various mechanical systems such as: HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, swimming pools, fountains, irrigation, water features, water ponds, water falls, garbage chute, electromechanical systems…etc.
Drawing various mechanical systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
o Checking coordination between different mechanical systems, and also between mechanical systems and others.
o Reviewing, calculating and conducting analysis for different systems and parts using codes & standards, and by using software also.
o Supervision, monitoring and control projects on sites.
o Conducting testing and commissioning for mechanical and electromechanical systems on sites.
o Preparing records and reports about works on sites.
o Preparation Bill of Quantity (BOQ) of materials for projects.
o Monitoring the progress of works on sites.
o Perform other tasks that may be assigned or required by the manager from time to time.
