o Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of corporate banking clients with total credit facilities exceeding QAR 3 Billion ($819 Million).
o Responsible for the development of new business customers and developing the relationship with existing corporate clients by catering their financials needs via cross selling under different banking products (Retail, Cash and Trade, Treasury and Private banking).
o Responsible for makes calls independently and invites less experienced Relationship Managers to join as a development opportunity.
o Responsible for making sales calls, gathers financial and general business information and explains products and services offered. Coordinates financial analysis needed to make credit decisions. Negotiates terms and conditions within parameters defined by credit decisions; finalizes loan agreements with prospects and Customers and closes sales.
o Responsible for maintaining a portfolio of corporate banking clients with total credit facilities exceeding QAR 1 Billion ($273 Million).
o Responsible for the development of new business customers as I have managed establish new banking relationship with 9 new corporate clients with total credit facilities exceeding QAR 400 Million ($110 Million). And developing the relationship with existing corporate clients by catering their financials needs via cross selling under different banking products (Retail, Cash and Trade, Treasury and Private banking).
o Responsible for makes calls independently and invites less experienced Relationship Managers to join as a development opportunity.
o Responsible for making sales calls, gathers financial and general business information and explains products and services offered. Coordinates financial analysis needed to make credit decisions. Negotiates terms and conditions within parameters defined by credit decisions; finalizes loan agreements with prospects and Customers and closes sales.
o Achieve allocated business targets and achieve the recommended product mix.
o Understand and advising clients based on their needs and long term financial planning goals.
o Maintain proper records of client communication and advice given.
o Adhere to the laid down sales processes and guidelines.
- Generate new business via sales promotions, out-marketing calls and presentations.
- Participate actively in sales planning with the line manager to generate action plans for meeting targets.
- Ensure high level of customer service. Manage difficult customer situations.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines and ensure minimal comments in sales process audits and other inspections.
- Keeping clients and self updated on market opportunities based on research recommendation.
•Responsible for the implementation of market / liquidity risk framework and policies in order to manage, control and report these risks and maximize earnings & profit within the Bank’s regulations, strategy, best practices, Basel 2 Accord and Central Bank regulations.
•Conducting audit reviews in the work field which includes reviewing and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the banks internal control system and monitoring performance in order to minimize all kinds of risks.
•Responsible for Trade/Operations and Treasury Audit.
