COMPANEY - Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia .
Arch. Mutaz was in Charge of The Design criteria & Details of all the Wood products of all types .
Setting of all prototype details required for the Factory production . Setting of new concepts for low
cost products.
He was selected by the Vice President to handle all the Wood Works of the project GOSI; a 22
storey Apart hotel building - Madinah Al Munawarah, which was the biggest project for the
company. The setting of all working drawings, approval from consultant, contracting four companies
to do the works, recruiting installation workers from abroad and supervising both the production and
installation and submittal of site.
Arch. Mutaz was in charge of Quoting price offers & negotiation of major contracts, supervising
& follow-up, mainly :
