Lead Saudi Aramco projects to achieve the best results for Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and profit including cost-saving targets.
Lead and develop the team members' Project Engineering and Material Controllers' experience and capabilities in accordance with MPW's core values and company philosophy.
Working with other MPW-EU PMs to understand global Europe experience and be able to apply projects, experiences and lessons learnt in other projects.
Monitoring compliance to applicable codes and policies interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs.
Work closely with the customer and MPW commercial department to develop and understand the contractual requirements in a charging energy market.
Overall responsibility for all elements of onsite operation and outage management, acting as the key point of contact for customer ambassadors.
Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure that all contract-related commercial operations are completed in a professional and timely way.
Support the functional organization by enhancing the function process and developing internal resources.
Correspond at all levels with internal and external departments to manage all customer-related issues.
Participate and contribute to the development of the OEM and Non-OEM business including Gas Turbines, and Generators.
Manage and leading the technical support division in a large power generation plant with 8 gas turbines and more than 35 employees, responsible for the Budgeting and financial services, Procurement and purchasing services, Contracting services, Engineering support and Services.
Provide Technical Support, Engineering, Life Assessment & Operation Procedures.
Project Management Planning (Scheduling, Scope of Work, Budget Estimation) Vendors and
Contractors Qualification.
Maintenance and materials planning using the SAP system.
Cooperate with maintenance Contractors.
Using Troubleshooting, and Maintenance procedures.
Troubleshooting & Studying Problems and Trips.
Hand over Packages, Issue warranties, Review OEM Documents and drawings.
Develop Plant Maintenance plans (SAP) with Procedures, and Carry out Material Procurement.
Plans and implements a sales program following the product marketing strategy and domestic sales plan.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers,
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support,
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
