Through Expert Chem SERV i got good experience in:
- Closely work with Clients to develop excellent Customer relationships,
- Regularly visit End Users to monitor the performance of the products and provide excellent Technical Support to End User plants
- Schedule deliveries to the End User plants and closely coordinate with Logistics and other support departments,
- Ability to independently manage trials with the related lab tests (Bottle test, Corrosion & Scale rates, …..etc) at the End User plants
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with key customers to strengthen and solidify purchasing agreements,
- Work closely with inside sales group to develop best quotation strategies,
- Assist in negotiation of commercial issues involved in purchasing process,
- Meet or exceed sales goals and sustain growth in assigned account base,
- Develop a keen understanding of the product lines and their respective operations to enhance selling efforts,
- Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization to get response for changing market conditions and customer demands.• Comply with Corporate goals, objectives and policies,
- learn and understand the production lines to effectively explain, select, apply, and sell a technical and engineered solutions,
Since 2007, I began working as a chemist in Labs and quality control dpt. In north refineries company Where I worked as a head of lab unit and Deputy Manager of utilities laboratories. Through my work I have high experience and competence in :
• chemical analysis of industrial water And all kinds of waters that using in the petroleum industry such as raw water, drink water, clarified water, Demineralization water, boilers waters, cooling waters, RO waters and waste waters . According to standard analytical procedures such as ( ASTM, EPA, UOP, IP )
• chemical analysis of chemicals materials that using in the water treatment above .
• Follow-up, supervision and evaluation of chemicals additives efficiency.
• technical support for the chemical materials and chemicals additive that using in the water treatment plants .
• prepare of labs equipment's, glassware and chemicals reagents orders, and then studying the technical offers.
• prepare orders of raw chemicals materials and chemicals additives that using in the water treatment and then studying the technical offers. In North Refineries Company I am a member of Total Quality Management dpt . I have been trained to apply the system of Quality management ISO 9001 : 2008 and ISO 17025:2005 , I have certificate in internal auditing in ISO 9001:2008 from The National Center for Administrative Development and Informations Technology, In addition, I'm received and passed a lot of courses and tests in Turkey and in my country in this regard.
