Support, implement and administer the effective and timely recruitment processes in the
hiring, developing and retaining the best talents available to support the strategic human
recourses needs of the office and the organization. Promote equity, transparency, and
consistency in the selection and placement of staff.

Responsible for the logistics in the projects.
* Manage the selection Process for all scholarship programmes(Chevining and Said Foundation)
* Maintain and update database related to scholarship programme.
* Supervise and manage part-timers.
* Provide executive assistance to Project Manager.
* Provide support to Director and DD in managing all directorate events and programmes
* Arrange all Directorate meetings (Strategy Meetings, including attending and minuting, All
Staff Meetings, and monthly BRMF meetings).
* Data Management:
* Maintain records and update contacts' details on Outlook database for projects.
* Support Project Managers in operational projects.
* Work independently on the administration of projects delegated by the Project Managers.
Receive and provide detailed information and explanations about RSICA policies to students.
* Compile information and publications/documents related to Student Affairs. Coordinate
publication of materials in consultation with appropriate resource persons including
maintaining and updating Web pages.
* Participate in the organization of Admissions. Distribution and tracking of application
packages to reader groups during Admissions and maintaining Admissions deadlines for final
evaluations.
* Maintain filing system for student files and prepares material for archiving. Performs data
entry and updating of student files. Ensure that student files are complete with all required
information, including payment of all fees.
Responsible for all first line enquiries related to all British Council services, products,
activities and events and ensured full compliance and implementation of the Global
Compliant Handling Policy
