Prepare Purchase orders and Stock transfer orders for Bulk Marine shipments from Kuwait to All European destinations
Co-ordinate with freight forwarder/warehouse/transporter and ensure timely report of inbound shipments
•Ensure stocks are picked/loaded as per FIFO basis
•Maintain 100% inventory accuracy
•Follow/ensure clearance of BULK vessels (from DOW Europe and SADARA) and ensure quality/quantity.
•Run STOCK IN TRANSIT report daily and monitor status of delivery of all inbound shipments with service providers and ensure timely GRN
•Support business/CSR/BDP/LSC/Outplant in outbound deliveries and ensure Aged batches are shipped in time
•Follow up tickets raised for EDI failures in outplants and ensure gaps are fixed to avoid manual transactions in ECC
•Arrange training to Terminals and warehouse in MS4 work processes before startup of PMLA Liquids
•Monitor bulk vessel arrivals with Marine team and ensure space availability in Tanks to avoid ullage, arrange inspection/gauging with SGS in time.
•Confirm settlement of vendor invoices for outplant activities in time
as a export import documentation executive include
dealing with the Debtors/Creditor accounts and co-ordinating with
overseas suppliers/customers from all over the world
* Prepare purchse orders based on proforma invoices from suppliers
* Prepare import and export shipping documents based on letter of
credit according to UCP rules
* Freight quotation, freight forwarding nominations as per Incoterms
and payments
* Customs declarations through Mersal 2 (online portal of dubai
customs) and ports clearances
* Invoice valuation for customs based on Harmonised Commodity Code
* Marine Insuance premiums and claims
* Purchase bookings (well versed in ORION accounting software) and
ledger reconcilations with matching and unmatching
* Payment processing for Creditors and Claims follow up for damages
and shortages
* Follow up with customers for over due payments with outstanding
statements
* Interact with Bank for loans and all types of Trade Facilities
* Dealing with U.S., European, Indian Subcontinent and Far east
shippers/customers through fax, verbal or written communication to
provide the information about the delivery and product to be
delivered.
* Ensure the delivery of the product on schedule.
* Handle the queries and issues of the suppliers/customers and resolve
them very effectively.
* Co-ordinating with warehouse for out of stock items and follow up with
suppliers
* Re-export documentations, custms inspections, Export Declarations
and claims for Duty refund
* Deposits and customs duty exemptions applications for raw materials
with Ministry of Finance and Industry
* Food Import clearances with Food Control Section & Importation of
Dangerous Goods (IMCO Class), Dubai Municipality
* Health Certificate and Chamber of Commerce applications for Origin
Certificates
* Registration Item Import and own manufactured products,
Clearance Certificates from Food Control Section
