Arrange the L1, L2 & 3 levels for the maintenance achivements if required.
Prepare BD reports, make RCA in SAP S 4 Hana, track CAPA points (Corrective actions and preventive actions) for the closure
Vital role in the implementation & improvement of SMP and SOP
Ensure availability of resources like spares, man power, to execute PM and corrective maintenance plans as per schedule
Maintain and update the history card in SAP for future any corrective actions of the maintenance activities
Prepare in RCA solve and follow up actions
Prepare in FMEA development and follow up actions
Improvement of MTBF and MTTF
