Key Responsibilities:
* Performing Calibration of Dimensional, Temperature, Electrical, Torque
and Pressure equipments as per ISO/IEC 17025-2005.
* Attended NABL Audit for Thermal, Dimension & Electro-Technical.
* Ensuring all the standard equipments are best maintained and calibrated
on a periodic basis.
* Ensure traceability is maintained for the standards equipment.
* Plans sequence of calibration program for instruments and equipments
according to schematics, technical manuals and other specifications.
* Monitors and execute In-service quality checks and intermediate checks
as per schedule.
* Knowledge about the purchase of all the equipment and components
required for calibration work.
* Handling customer queries, customer follow up regarding calibration
order, payments and giving quality assurance.
* Conducted Inter Laboratory Calibration and Proficiency Testing when
possible.

* Automatic aqua control system.
* Separator resistance tester cum charger.
* Electrical efficient light control.
* Instrumentation amplifier with wide gain setting.
* Battery charging unit.
* CT-FCT & AT-FCT card cable assembly.
