Project experiance
• Assigned as operations personnel in safe efficient operation, attentive to critical safety systems of boiler, steam turbine generator, and related auxiliary systems from inside and outside control room.
• Perform start-up and shut down through DCS and SCADA
• Coordinate with the other process plant area dispatcher to maintain plant megawatt and steam process output in accordance with demand purchase agreement.
• Troubleshoot the case and take proper corrective action to restore the plant safe condition upon identification of faulty equipment or system operation.

I was involved in commissioning and operation of 3*70 Thermal Power Plant M/s.Greensol.,
C/O IBPL Ltd. Coordinate with the commissioning engineers in the following activities;
• Boiler hydro static testing
• Boiler and steam turbine/generator auxiliaries heat run testing
• Cooling water system flushing
• Steam turbine lube/control oil flushing
• Refractory drying out /boiler boiling out
• Boiler steam blowing
• Plant auxiliaries change over
I was involved in operation and maintanance of 11.2 WHRB Power Plant M/s. Thermax India Ltd., C/O Sterlite Ltd. During projects, I was involved for operation and maintanance of Boilers, Turbo- generators, DM water plants, Effluent treatment plants and Diesel generators, DCS.
Job Profile
