* Guide and direct a team of site Engineers/ supervisors to execute projects as per
shop drawings and pre-approved work design/ BOQ norms within stipulated
time/cost.
* Monitoring work progress and working closely in particular with the project
manager.
* Accurately prepared and completed submittal logs for project specifications and
drawings.
* Execution of Structural elements with consultant approvals, Handling multiple
projects individullaly.
* Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials,
consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
* Checking bar bending schedules, material orders, progress monitoring.
* Strict follow up of Snagging and handing over of project. Ensuring the works is
carried out as per the project specifications and contracts.
* Exact Quantity takes off, BBS checking and approval for Production
* Dubai Municipality and RTA online application procedure and followup for
Approvals.

Projects: Apartments, Commercial Buildings, Villas & shops.
Responsibilities:
* Co-ordination with Clients, Municipality Authorities, and Consultants.
* Controlling Quality, Progress, Cost and Safety of Works, Checking Bar Bending
Schedules, Material Orders, Progress Monitoring.
* Block work layout, Plastering and Elevation preparation as per approved drawing,
Structural, Architectural, Infrastructure and MEP coordination.
* Independently managing whole construction site and coordinate with all sub-
contractors.
* Strict follow up of Snagging and handing over of project. Ensuring the works is
carried out as per the project specifications and contracts.

Karnataka Housing Board - (G-3) + 15 floors project.
Responsibilities:
* Execution of Structural Elements, Quantity for R.C.C Elements, Block work.
* Reporting daily progress report & work done with quantity.
* Given work schedule and supervise all subcontractors.
