Controlling DCR activities.
Monitoring Train activities through CCTV and taking report from patrolling guards.
Preparing logs for each facility and keep on checking every security officer.
Reporting all security and safety issues to HSEQ.
Making reports of any incident, accident and maintenance issue all over the site.
Ensuring availability of safe and secure environment for every person coming to site.
Conduct the safety site training for external visitors.
AND RESPONSIBILITES
Escorting high profile clients from accommodation.
Carry out detailed report on various escorts.
Report emergencies to my manager in case of any.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment/property
damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons/unusual occurrences.
Patrol commercial and residential premises to prevent and detect signs of
intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gates.
Answer telephone calls to make messages, answer questions and provide
information during non-business hours/when switchboard is closed.
Operate detecting devices to screening individuals and prevent passage of
prohibited articles into restricted areas.
Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
Investigate accidents/incidents.
Developing HSE Policy / procedures and guidelines
Developing new HSE strategies for future improvements
Conducting emergency drill.
Regular safety inspection.
Safety Audit.
Safety induction and training to employees.
Sites inspection and internal audits.
Developing HSE cultural strategies and implantation.
Management of all contractors.
Advising HSE department/other department’s managers on HSE matters.
Developing proactive HSE system & SoPs .
Conducting HSE training for employees on EHS system and CoP.
Developing and conduction training for HSE team.
Review and update legal register and risk register.
Gap analysis on EHS training program.
