Responsible for the FAT Inspection as a Third Party Inspector for Station Controller Cabinet, Server Cabinet, Unit Controller Cabinet, Remote I/O Cabinet for Electrical System, Server Cabinet, Telecom Cabinet, Monitoring Well DB server, Remote Clint Server, Remote Clint Server LDC Remote Clint, EAD Remote Control and Complete SCADA System with Transco, AECOM, EDF and GIZ in accordance to drawing, project specification and ADWEA/Transco Specifications and approved procedure.
Responsible for the inspection of installation and commissioning works HVAC, AHU, Split Units, Fiber Optic, LV, HV, MV Cables, Switch gears, Generators, Transformers, ACSR Panthers, H2S Analyzer, Transco SCADA and DCS, Flow Meters, Skids, Crude oil Metering system, Prover, Analyzer, Pools, Jacuzzi, Spas, Treatment Plants SCADA, pressures gauges, Transmitters, Passenger boarding bridges, Bus bar Trucking system, Capacitor Bank & Reactors, Well head Control Panels, Power Supply Skids, Fire Gas System, Marshaling System and SACDA Operating work stations as per approved ITP, FAT, IFAT and SAT procedures.
• Review and develop QA/QC Procedures and Quality Inspection Plan for all E&I work activities includes Vendor inspections, material visual Inspection, FAT, IFAT, Calibration checks, Packing, Marking, Issuance of inspection report and shipping released etc.
• Do witnessing the loop sale, Interlocks functional test and ensure that all requirements in specified procedure and narratives are being established.
• Designing and developing new control systems and maintaining and modifying existing systems to ensure that these systems and processes operate effectively and safely carry out site acceptance testing and the commissioning.
• Review ITPs to verify that Execution Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing hold points, review Company Inspectors deliverables, analysis, resolve issues and problems emerging during the Quality control activity and ensure that all inspections and tests witnessed by Company Inspectors are recorded and documented.

Responsible for the inspection of installation and commissioning works of PORT special systems as per technical specification of Ports Special Systems as third party inspector. The scope of work carries Surveillance, Witness and Hold inspection as per Inspection & Test Plan and IRFs. Notification of QAN issues and NCRs and Potential NCRs. Escalation of non resolved issues.Review ITP documents.

• Consult with clients after completion of work to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Supervision of Contractors activities for cable & equipment installation.
• Reviewing of project drawings, bills of quantities and planning of work to be performed.
• Designing, planning, and implementation of splicing and testing of long distance voice and data networks on Fibre Optics and UTP cables and Installation of related equipment.
• Coordinating the issuance of site work permits, gate passes and setting up of site offices.
• Responsible to arrange safety on work site and for all workers on site.
• Commissioning of the Projects.
• Repairs and troubleshooting of the equipment i.e. OTDR, Fibre cleaver and splicing machine, power meter and power source.
• Documentation of the test results.
• Preparation of discrepancy reports
• Meetings with the clients to explain the test procedures

Termination by Fusion Splicing, Testing with Optical Time Domain Reflecto Meter, Laser Source and Power Meter & Commissioning of 12 cores Single Mode Fibre Optic cable at 200 nodes for ETISLAT.
Responsibilities
Inspect the site to make sure that all work is according to QAQC

• Preparation of Quality Assurance, method of statements, HSE plans & work procedures for Fiber Optic Cable Insttalaltion, Splicing and Testing activities.
• Preparation and reviewing Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Plan (QCP), Quality Control Forms (QCF) and other related QC documents and ensure that this will be strictly followed on site.
• Co-ordination with client during execution of plant according to scope of work as per Etisalat specification, standards and client requirements.
• Verify and ensure that all activities assigned are in compliance with the contract Specifications, AFC Drawings, Contract requirements, international engineering standard, QC Procedures, Inspection plans and carry out all activities as per planned schedule to achieve on target dates
