In Human Resources Department's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Unit. Job includes maintaining Human Resource Management System (HRMS), extracting, updating and analyzing information residing in Oracle based HRMS. Verification of particulars regarding financial benefits to employees of SBP. These benefits include various loans and allowances admissible to SBP employees.
On site inspection cum Statutory Audit of Banks / NBFIs operating in Pakistan focusing CAMELSS (Capital, Assets, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, Sensitivity to Market Risks, Systems and Controls). The audits were based upon different regulations like: Central Bank’s Prudential Regulations; Banking Companies Ordinance; Companies Ordinance and Statutory Regulatory Orders (SROs) issued by Government of Pakistan

Off-site monitoring of Non-Bank Financial Institutes (NBFIs) e.g. DFIs; Investment Banks; Housing Finance Companies; Venture Capital Companies; Discount Houses; Modarabas & Leasing Companies. Monitoring was focused on Early Warnings and Risk Management under the guidelines issued by SBP through its various circulars to Financial Institutions.
Prior to development of early warning system I was assisting an Officer responsible for regulating Housing Finance Companies and Discount Houses operating in Pakistan and devising policies for Housing Refinance Window keeping in view the Shelter/Housing needs of Pakistan.
