Preparation of all internal administrative documents in Ms-Word and Ms-Excel.
Preparation of internal residence application, introductory statement of new employees.
Maintaining records of passport renewal and collecting application forms for the same.
Supervising Payroll of all Staff.
Arranging employees for medical test, distributing labor cards, etc.
Set up and maintaining office files and kept correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
Coordinate office management activities.
