Conduct Retail audit of 30 Own & Franchise outlets within all over the Pakistan including cash and expense audit.
Provident Fund: Currently I am independently managing the Recognized Provident Fund of Cool Industries with Rules of Provident Fund Trust, Make Accounts of the Trust, Deduction of P. Fund from Salary, Take Contribution from Employer, Make Investment in different Financial Institutions, Stock Market, Profit Calculations, Distribution of Profit, Keep record of All the Employees, Make payments to outgoing members, Open Bank Accounts, Reconciliations, Manage meetings with Financial Advisers, etc.
Payables: To check bills with GRN and POs, rate, quantity, quantity, color etc confirmation, Post the bills in to Appropriate Ledgers, Release cash Payments, creditors payment through aging, collection of sale tax invoice and file return of sale tax through e-filing.
Payroll: To check attendance received in manual and Software generated then make the salary of 280 staff and 1800 workers, make final settlements, increments, fines, arrears, petty payments through Visual Basic Software and transfer Staff Salary to their bank accounts.
