Submitting online claims.
Handling Sea Air shipments.
Coordinate with airlines for rates.
Coordinating with Shipper & Consignee & updating them with the current status of their shipments.
Maintain record of non DGF consoles (direct shipments) with timely updating of POD and closure of files.
Ensure timely update of all Air Logis milestone.
Follow up with customer service for immediate transfer of cargo within the lead time.
Liaise with the messengers for timely close of delivery slips in DNATA record.
Processing e-vouchers & maintaining records for the same.
Distributing stock to different channels like, retail, franchisee & roadshow etc.
Coordinating with CM & keeping them update on the status of orders.
Ensuring orders are processed on time & delivery to be done to end user as per SLA.
Ensure timely collection of console pouches and Delivery order from the mail box of handling agents within the allocated time frame - every 2 hours.
Open console files & ensure ATA is processed on www.dubaitrade.ae with 100% accuracy.
Follow up with the Airline/Handling Agent regarding Part shipments / tracing shipments.
Plan and complete the process within the shift time & ensure proper hand over to the next shift.
Follow up with warehouse and escalate to the warehouse manager in case of delays.
Facilitate notifying customers on cargo arrivals and sending timely reminders.
Issue D/O and provided support to all hand over clients.
During night shift, ensure maximum collection of documents and processing of ATA to enable warehouse for maximum collection of cargo during the night shift.
Ensure incoming calls are picked within 3 rings and provide accurate information with proper transfer of calls to right extensions.
Preparing Airway Bills, House Airway Bills.
Feeding all information in Shipper’s Declaration (DGD).
Co-ordinating and supervising activities of workers engaged in packing.
Arranging for booking space for freight on airlines.
Consolidating shipments from different suppliers.
Providing shipper with the foreign destination‘s documentary requirements.
Providing necessary information on hazardous materials.
Supervising & Logistics Assistants to ensure smooth operation in day to day function (order processing, pick & pack, inventory, project improvement)
Preparing Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
Working with transporters for transporting consignment to reduce cost & shipping time.
Submitting online shipping bill viz. free.
