Duties & Responsibilities :
• Installing and configuring Operating System, Network and hardware services, application software & anti-virus. Windows
• Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office365, Sharepoint, onedrive, teams.
• G-Suite support
• Manage third party support vendors for laptops and printers.
• Support joining users to Domain.
• Providing first level support for Hardware, Software, network and Email support to all end users.
• Support for Outlook setup, configuration and related issues
• Support end user Data Backup.
• Install and troubleshoot network printers and apply all relavent features for Network printers.
• Configure new Email accounts in Outlook. ( can we put all onboarding activities)
• Support ERP Application configuration for end user.
• Support issues related to IP Phones.
• Support managing Active directory (AD)
• Manage daily support activities through Remedy smart IT system to assign, forward, and/or resolve the different remedy tickets
