Managing a credit exposure of renowned business institutions / groups in UAE having sizeable annual turnover mainly compose of following:

Trading Distributors / trader for Automobile, Furniture, Building Materials & Electronics etc.
Manufacturing Furniture, Block Tiles, Steel and Profiling, Prefabricated Houses and Scaffoldings.
Contracting Healthcare, Mechanical & Electrical contractors.
Services Real Estate \[Trading / Development / Management\]
• Actively analyze the market data and identify prospective customers meeting criteria of the bank. Arrange meetings with responsible company’s officials to explore possibilities to establish mutually beneficial relationship.
• Monitoring assigned portfolio by ensuring maximum return on assets is achieved. Implement proper follow-up mechanism to ensure that the approved credit facilities are adequately utilized. Negotiate with the customers having lesser utilization by offering more competitive rates and facility structure.

• Review / update credit proposals by comprehensive analysis of client’s products/services, management, financial statements, conduct of account, risk profiling and profitability. Define / set strategies for each customer to reduce risk exposed to bank and optimize the profitability.

• Responsible for risk management and detection of any significant development in the relationship that may adversely affect the quality of credit. Undertake settlement negotiation with non performing relationships and submit periodic reports to concerned bank’s authorities and update with the progress.
• Ensure the completeness & validity of security documents and take necessary action in case of any deficiencies.

• Conducted regular meetings with assigned customers to strengthen relationships, optimize utilization levels and attract more ancillary business. Actively visited prospective customers to promote the bank’s products and services and successfully established beneficial business relationships;
