Key Responsibilities as Construction Project Manager:
• Timely execution of the project as per the approved budget and according to the specified quality standards.
• Coordinating with client, sub-contractors, suppliers, team of engineers, project director, senior project manager, construction manager & higher authorities in an effective manner.
• Collaborating with the consultants for the materials & drawings approval submitted to them as per the contract specifications provided.
