DESIGN OF BMS CONTROL PANELS
KNOWLEDGE OF JOHNSON CONTROL AND DISTECH CONTROL PRODUCTS,
•Perform functional tests of switch boards, MCC & lighting panel boards.
•Performs Insulation & Di-electric test of bus bars (L-L & L-G).
• Megger test for ACB’s, MCCB’s & MCB’ installed in the panels.
•Quality control & testing of all accessories like current transformers, Ammeters, Voltmeters & indication lamps, which are installed in the panels.
•Program settings for various digital devices, timers used in Panels.
·The LAN Network implemented by using 16 port HCL switches with the Backbones using STP and UTP cables for more than 250 nodes.
·The Nodes have been tested using FLUKE TEST Meter.
·Installation, implementation and maintenance of H/W & ERP Package for HCL Server & WINBEE Thin Clients using windows server 2003 OS.
·Thin Clients has WINFRAME Server and Independent Computing Architecture (ICA) Client Software
·The application executes on Server and Screen updates are sent to the client devices.
·It has configured through Terminal Service Client configuration using the Licenses of CITRIX Software and Microsoft RDP.
·The connectivity of mail server between corporate and Branch office has configured through Data Circuit Connectivity using Wanpro Routers.
·This works through Full Duplex Network Terminating Unit (NTU) and Broadband Access Router with PPP protocol connection.
·The Router works for both WAN/LAN access via 2-wire IDSL leased line, which carry only Data’s for transferring upto 1MBPS, through which the Mail Server will be online.
·Using TELNET & HYPER TEMINAL the Router has been configured.
·The Link of branch office clients has been done by High and Very high bit rate Digital Subscriber Line (HDSL & VDSL) using H-Connect RS and VX 10 units.
·This technology works on 2 wire telephones (RJ 11) cables with the Bridge Modems and VOIP boxes to enable both Data and Voice communication.
·Involved in configuration of Rainmail intranet server for E-mails
·ERP Package database configured using ODBC of SQL server.
·It has the functionality of Production Planning, Material Management Inventories Management, Stock Analysis and Ledger Updates and Finally Costing of the Product. This ERP was developed using Visual Basic and SQL Server 2000.
·Administration of Server and Backups of database using Windows server 2003 & SQL server 2000.
·Involve in the Study, Design and implementation of Computer Networks.
·Given the charge for Onsite maintenance and administration of these Networks.
·Troubleshooting and rectification of Computer hardware.
·Involved in Maintenance of an ERP called “Tansoft”.
·This software is accessed by 5 Client Machines and the components used in the software are registered in the Server and this is accessed by Client Machines through Microsoft Transaction Server.
·Complete Administration of Server and its Utilities are done.
·Backup / Recovery of Data from Sql Server 7.0
