• Manage a multi-million dollar smartphone portfolio to achieve the vision of “Devices Destination” among all operators for Zain KSA
• Managing relations with all ODMs including Apple, Samsung, LG, Lenovo, Microsoft, Blackberry, Huawei etc.
• Manage the complete smartphone life-cycle: evaluation, launch until end-of-life
• Liaise with Branding and Marketing team for all smartphone related Marcomm activities.
• Involve the ODMs to participate in all marketing activities
• Work closely with the segments to create the best value proposition for devices.
• Forecasting and Allocation to all Channels
• Review the impacts/ risks affecting the development, scheduling, and end user experience.
• Create and manage a channel for device wholesales

• Successful launch of Apple’s iPhone along with all operators in the Kingdom 2 years in a row.
• Launched smartphones from various ODMs with operator exclusivity.
• Achieved over 100-million in device sales revenue
• Ran multiple sales contest with investments from ODMs resulting in boost in sales.
• Successfully initiated and completed and exercise to liquidate inherited surfeit inventory.
• Manage all BlackBerry Enterprise Server implementations within the region
• Lead meetings on behalf of MDM and VAS partner(s) and provide consultancy based on requirements
• Liaise between carrier, EMS sales & support teams and act as a single point of contact for all various teams within the carrier and EMS.
