Responsible for the team management and managing training for growth and improvement of manpower.
▪ Maintaining the plant for overall availability and profitability, and to maintain all the records like RCA’s, tripping records and
incidents and investigation reports.
▪ To carried out the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the smooth running of the plant.
▪ Coordination with the external companies head to fulfill all operational & maintenance requirement of the plant.
▪ Preparation of purchase request and RFQ and technical evaluation of procurement items.
▪ Implementation of HSEQ standards and practices in department and to managed & monitor all safety and environmental aspects and
technical requirement of the wind form.
▪ Development of standard operating procedure for operation/maintenance of power plant grid station
▪ Preparation of yearly, quarterly and monthly progress reports as per the requirement of owners.
▪ To supervise the annual maintenance activities of grid station and remote substation equipment and to prepare detailed inspection
and testing reports of HV and MV Switchgear and all other grid associated equipment
Major Projects:
⎯ 132 KV GIS Grid, 52.8MW Sapphire Wind Power Company Limited Project, Jhimpir, Sindh,
Managed the operation and maintenance activities of 132kV and 6.3kV Grid System Equipment System.
Daily and monthly power report generation of 1 MW solar system, grid system and their associated substations.
Coordination with the electricity utility company regarding metering and billing of 132kV Grid System.
Monitoring and O&M of 1 MW solar power generation system and managing the grid staff.
To supervise the up gradation work in the 132kV grid system.
Preparing and releasing of purchase requisition through oracle.
Successfully performing electrical operations and directing for execution of 132KV substation and 22KV remote unit of wind
turbine generator.
▪ Inspecting and testing activities for clients while assuring quality of work as per standards and efficiently managing
inventory.
▪ Testing EHV and MV electrical equipment of 132KV switchyard and substation and resolving operation and maintenance
issues of substation and remote unit of wind turbine generators.
▪ Coordinating with clients and contractors regarding work scope and effective solutions
