Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Attending incoming calls & assists customers on their specific inquiries coordinating with clients for Data clearance of files.
Strategically resolving complains of deliveries, sales & invoice related issues. Coordination with Roaming and Marketing Department.
Update the database with changes & status of each customer or prospective customer.
Manages incoming communications such as facsimiles, filling out paperwork, performing credit reference analysis & leasing with other departments.
Managing all customer complaints on showroom taking place on the Floor and thru the phone.
Flow up of all complaints in CRM call tracker dally basis.
Updating all complains & pending customer complaints to Managers daily basis.
Scheduling drivers for showroom delivery & dally staff pick up.
Controlling Showroom deliveries and the warehouse.
Maintain Vehicle running charts daily.
Checking of Vehicle GPS & maintain log book for the same.
Committing sales invoices, Scheduling deliveries from the main logistic, updating sales to the managers on daily basis
Was tasked to call & recover overdue loans, non-payments.
Recommending legal action with regards to bad debts.
Strategically resolving other issues pertaining to credit cards and bank loans.
Recovering overdue credit cards and bank loans.
Updating cardholders’ information to the bank database.
