Responsible of coordinating all marketing and social events and networking activities of Enjaz; develops various marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events approved by department head. Also responsible for being the primary contact of Marketing Division. Also managing the Country managers and the marketing officers in the regions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Raise and follow up Enjaz requests with marketing division (design, materials).
- Assign the targets of (country managers).
- Review the MIS reports to ensure the activity of the country manager.
- Manage the marketing teams in the regions.
- Follow up the campaigns and the outdoor campaigns with Enjaz marketing team.
- Accept delegated assignments and responsibilities related to remittance business as and when required.
IT coordination, investment and brokerage division.
- Raising change requests on the systems.
- Creating the requirement documents (BRD) of the new projects and raise it to IT.
- Periodic reports provider.
- Follow up and review the projects and change requests.
- Follow up the systems incidents of trading units (investment centers), electronic channels, central trading units and international brokerage.
- Follow up the incidents of mutual funds.
- Direct communications with IT dept.
- System monitoring during work time.
- IT Arrangement in campaigns periods.
- Supervision the launch of the new trading system GBS.
- Training brokers on the new trading system GBS.
- Reviewing and checking systems users monthly.
- Approve and provide access for systems.
I have completed more than 40 hour in university ( I didn’t complete my education in university because of the major I was studying (Turkish language) doesn’t meet my ambition). I am trying to Enroll in university as e-learning or distance education student.
