1.Practical working knowledge about industrial 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor, slip ring induction motor up to 3100 kw. Also knowledge about industrial synchronous & asynchronous motor, dc servo motor.
2.Practical field experience over different type of industrial electrical field instrument such as relay, magnetic contact, over load, push button, variable type of sensor, transmitter, , current transducer, different type sensors, level indicator, load cell, counter, timer etc.
3. Practical work experience over 33/11 KV sub-station with current transformer, potential transformer, auto tap changer & switch-gear equipment.
4. Practical work experience with Logo PLC, Simetic S7-300, Compact HMI 800 software configuration, hardware trouble shooting & maintenance of DCS 800 module& controller. logic editing &writing of DCS 800 version2.1 & 5.1.
5.Experience over Operation and maintenance of process control mechanical & electrical instruments like Thermocouple, RTD, vortex flow meter, RADAR, pressure gauge meter, water flow meter, PID controller etc.
6. Practical hand experience with pressure control, flow control, weight limit instrument device.
7. Knowledge about ACS 5000 VFD operation, trouble shooting & maintenance.
1. Installation & maintenance substation, requisition & check the electrical materials.
2. Communicate with DESCO, DPDC, initiate and supervise all processing required for HT connecting to the project.
3. Electrical drawing, Load calculation, site supervision of electrical and Mechanical work.
4. Selection & supervision of Sub-station, Lift, Generator, Fire fighting etc. of project & study consultant designing& implement to site time to time.
5. Estimation of electrical works, coordinates with the consultant, and verify contractors bills & schedule of works.
6. Electrical works M annual & office order getting approved of MD.
7. Cost minimize & Inventory Management & BOQ preparation.
8. Controlling maintenance techniques, monitoring for avoid hassle.
9. Work as a team leader of semi-skilled technicians to complete the entire electrical problem in the construction/ project site.
10. Manage all electrical technician and electrical works and have excellent experience for project and will need to set up the internal and external wiring construction/ project site.
11.Maintenance (schedule & trouble-shooting) of substations and other Electrical & Utility Equipment.
