Project Manager Reporting to Vice President
Manage the Projects by coordination with the Construction Managers, QA/QC Manager, HSE Manager, Procurement Manager, Coordination Engineers, Planning Engineers, Resident Engineers, QA/QC engineers, Safety Officers etc.
Co-ordination between Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Evaluation and recommendation of subcontractors, suppliers.
Review of MTO, Material Submittals, Review and approval of various Procedures required for the Project execution according to P&ID.
Review of Quality and Safety related documents (Project Quality Plan, Project Safety Plan etc.)
Conduct weekly Project meeting to enforce the cost control, schedule control and evaluating the progress of the projects.
Establishing Business Development strategies and necessary coordination.
Negotiations with different suppliers and sub-contractors.
Preparations of Claims and contractual correspondences.
Review of Technical bids and preparation of Commercial bids for multi-discipline works including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Pipelines, Tankage, Electrical & Instrumentation for the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industries as well as for various island development projects.
• EPC of Optical Transport Network at Bab Field, Replacement of Existing ESD System at BAB CDS and Replacement of RDS-3 Transfer Line at BAB Contract No: 15347.01/EC 10814
• EPC Contract No.15324.01/EC10810 Installation of Multiphase Flow Meters at RDS 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & BCDS / Replacement of Nitrogen Supply at BCDS / Provision of Chemical Injection Pump at RDS 5.
• EPC for BAB north 3 New Water Injection Clusters Contract: 15173.01/EC 10788.
