1. Assist in the development, modification, and maintenance of state-of-the-art, sustainable M&E system, including related procedures, guidelines, mechanism and protocols, to ensure professional M&E data management in line with professional standards and related best practices,
2. Database analysis, identifying strengths and weakness of data quality and developing/implementing/supervising implementation of procedures to improve data quality and reporting.
3. Aware of MS Office tools such as Access and Excel.
4. Determining and developing viable, effective and efficient data delivery protocols, including possible use of broad-band technology.
5. Support of and direct participation in reporting of monitoring data.
6. To revise and/or develop exiting M&E Instruments. If the need arises, be able to coordinate with CLP design of the new system and/or revision of existing systems by coordinate with other Sectors with regards to the translations, printing, and distribution.
7. Other duties as assigned.
1. Support CLP Grant and Education sector program implementation including development of the CLP grants tracker.
2. Updating and tracking Education Sector grants related to finalizing contracts and activity implementation.
3. Supporting the Education Sector Senior Team Leader in planning and budgeting exercises.
4. Other tasks as requested.

1. Leading 15 persons as a team, reporting to the Chairman of the Board.
2. Updating the internal trackers on selling and purchases.
3. Doing the quarterly reports.
4. Monitoring the performance of all the process of the work.
5. All other tasks that related to management.
The MIS is mixing between the Businesses and IT. I was the leader of the class in all the four years, and I got award on that.
The ambassador of the USA in Yemen handed the certificate to me himself, and he was in the graduation ceremony at that moment.
