Promoted to Manager I.T. with specialized responsibility for Network, I.T. Security and Datacenter Operations Management.
• Solely responsible for planning, implementation and management of Network and Security Services in Production and DR Data Centers as well as 22 Branches.
• Implement APC’s Structureware DCIM for Change and Inventory Management of all the Datacenter devices.
• Implement NAC through Cisco ISE with integration with SCCM and McAfee EPO for posturing and profile management.

• Responsible for planning, implementation and management of Network, Security & Systems in Production / DR Data Centers as well as 30 Branches across U.A.E.
• Design, Negotiate, Plan and Execute I.T. Projects which includes but not limited to
o Production Datacenter Migration to new Tower.
o Upgrade VMware Environment from 5.1 to 5.5 and subsequently to 6.0. Implementation of SRM for 225 Servers.
o Network Upgrade in 18 Branches, Infrastructure setup for 13 new Branches.
o Upgrade WSG from Websense to Cisco IronPort and ESG from McAfee to Cisco IronPort.
o Deployment of Cisco Voice and Video Infrastructure across all branches, 1000+ handsets.
o Deployment of Cisco ISE for 802.1x endpoint security.
o Setting up a DR Datacenter in Jebel Ali and Migrate DR after a flash flood in March 2016 to Etisalat KDC Abu Dhabi.
• Capacity planning for all network links with Network Utilization monitoring using SNMP and Netflow.
• Plan yearly budget for I.T. Infrastructure spending, build business cases for Technology replacement/upgrades.
Managed a team of nine to support 30+ Batching Plants throughout Gulf (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha).
• Provide planning, leadership, direction and advance technical expertise regarding computer and network services for both local and wide area network and long list of software systems in use.
• Responsible for complete IT network. Design, implement and maintain a network connecting 30 sites, 1000+ Computers, 90+ Servers in 3 countries.
• Install, configure and maintain WAN equipment including routers, firewalls and bandwidth managers.
