Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for quotation
• Perform measurement, take off quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities
• Monitor project cost for ongoing projects and solve contractual issues.
• Liaise with managers, team members, customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers for project cost issues.

• Analyze and prepare cost estimates for contract.
• Monitor day by day project activities and corresponding resourcing.
