The principal tasks for this position outlined performing as a liaison and project officer;
• facilitate collaboration between Managing Director and external vendors and internal departments,
• construct presentations for BOD and Management meetings,
• track projects under MD's portfolio and facilitate support needed,
• organize meetings and events,
• manage MD's schedules and meetings, and
• oversee department budget.
Wave Money is a FinTech company which provides financial services together with its Wave Money
shops to Myanmar's unbanked population living in remote areas of the country where banks are often
inaccessible.
• Organized weekly team meetings; document and track the status of the important decision items
within commercial department
• Collaborated with the commercial functions heads and senior managers to submit weekly performance
decks and monthly reports to Chief Commercial Officer in a timely manner
• Engaged in special/ad hoc projects within commercial; collect customer feedbacks, pain points and
issues and translate them into comprehensive presentation for management review
• Planned and organized team engagement activities and workshop for the commercial head office team
of around 80 people
• Supported HR team in arranging companywide events, activities and in commercial administration
• Worked together with Sourcing team for payment request process for commercial teamwide activities,
car rentals and associate payments
• Provided secretarial support to CCO; manage CCO's calendar, internal and external meetings,
interviews, and appointments
• Arranged visa, Myanmar insurance and necessary approval for entry and stay in Myanmar for CCO
and the family members
• Managed expense claims, insurance claims, international and domestic travel for CCO
• Supervised the driver in terms of performance and service, give feedbacks and performance reviews
• Liaised between CCO and team members within commercial team and other cross functional teams

• In charge of office maintenance staff; cleaner, security personnel and driver
• Supervised daily shift and tasks for the security guards, monthly payroll, and HR related matters
• Oversaw daily fuel usage for vehicles and generator, and vehicle usage record
• Arranged daily way schedule for driver and overtime payment
• Managed procurement of office supplies, equipment, furniture, IT devices and refreshments
• Handled office safety, security, hygiene, and regular pest control
• Managed electricity bills, water bills, and other expense charges of the office
• Communicated with the landlord on maintenance of the office and its compound, contract negotiation,
and payments

• Arranged health insurance of the employees; documenting information in HR system and helping with
claim procedures

• Facilitated complaints arising from employees related to transportation, IT, and their working conditions

• Maintained a filing system for research documents and explain how to utilize it to new employees

• Managed a tracker for monthly ESG progress and updates, and report back to the management

• Coordinated with consultant and service providers for TA progress updates, and payments to them

Achievements
• I successfully handover the old office unit with minimum repair requests from the landlord after several
amicable negotiations. This impacted Anthem Asia a great deal in reducing the handover cost. I reduced
the total repair cost by approximately 50%. This project also included sourcing an efficient contractor
and coordinating with them to complete the handover before agreed deadline.
