Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Clearance process at Seaport/HIA & Abu Samra
Responsible for approval for food stuff/toys/DG/Medicine
Monitor, Manage & Control International Logistics movements including borders in GCC countries
Quotation for All Mode of Import Shipments
Quotation for All Mode of Export Shipments
Preparation of Documents for clearance of import shipments
Preparation of Documents for clearance of Export shipments
Coordination with transportation for collection/Delivery of all material with timely manner.
cutting the Mawb & Hawb
Booking with Airline
Booking of Export charter flight
Booking of Import charter flight

Invoicing & closing the file after job completion

Operation Executive
Expediting of all Mode of shipment
Handling Import Documentation
Coordinate with airline and all Carrier for Follow up
Handling Sports Events
