Working at the second busiest airport in the world, I am responsible for the operational procedures in regards to travel, immigration and safety regulations as set out by SOP and the airlines.
Ensures the prompt and safe arrival and departure of passengers and flight personnel with all international airlines
Manages check-in, transfers, special services and the boarding gate
Often assigned Check-in Team Leader (CTL) position
Proactive, innovative and quick-thinking- able to avoid costly delays in arrivals/departures
Responsible for documentation check- certified training from the Netherlands and Canada
Provides administrative and technical support- staff allocation, briefing sheets, checking counter equipment and stationery
Reports technical faults to Mercato through EMACS, CODECO and ALTEA from AMADEUS

Fluent in written and spoken English, French and Arabic, basic working knowledge of Spanish and German
