Ensure that every customer who steps in through the company’s door leaves a happy person
Responsible in handling money in a daily basis
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds and change
Conduct cash transactions with customers
Provide a receipt to customer paying in person.
Count the cash and submit the cash & supporting documentation to the Cash Collection Point Supervisor at the end of their shift
Responsible for handling payments and ad, playing a part in various events and customer promotions
Collect payment for goods or services; give refunds when necessary
Helping customers with any queries, including showing them where items are
Cleaning the area and keeping stock neat and tidy

- Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
- Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates
