Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs.
▪ Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
▪ Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
▪ Processing Requisition and Hiring approval through TALENTERA system.
▪ Screen candidate’s CV and job applications.
▪ Scheduling interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
▪ Prepare Offer/Employment Letter for the selected candidate.
▪ Prepare the new joiner announcement and welcoming email.
▪ Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
▪ Assist new employees for the basic induction of the company premises and department.
▪ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
▪ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
process.

A. Recruitment
▪ Understanding manpower requisition form the
concerned department.
▪ Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills.
▪ Conduct testing, screening of potential
candidates. Often arrange schedule for face-to-
face interview and act as liaison between the
company and the candidate.
▪ Representing company at job fairs, recruitment events, preparing advertisement on the open day, searching through recruitment sources and social media.
▪ Communicate the employment status to the applied candidates and to the Direct Manager.
▪ Processing of NOC/Visa of all overseas candidates.
▪ Communicating with the agency in Philippines and other countries.
▪ Update the tracking list of the department who are requesting for additional staff.
▪ Schedule an HR department meeting before and after sourcing/on-boarding of candidates.

B. Induction and On-boarding
▪ When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him/her offer letter and job contract.
▪ Giving a brief description on the policies, procedure and culture followed by the company.
▪ Properly filing relevant document of the new joiner as required.
▪ Introducing candidates to the team and or direct manager.
▪ Explaining the mode of communication.
▪ Coordinating with the IT team to get his email id made, computer request are done and enrolled in the punching machine.

C. Compensation & Benefits (Payroll Processing)
▪ Coordinate with Finance in preparation of monthly payroll, overtime, deduction, leave, absences, salary changes and transfers etc.
▪ Assisting all the employees and responds to general inquiries concerning final settlement, indemnity, salary/continuity certificate, employment certificate and company Identification card.
▪ Handle and coordinate all employees incentive programs.
▪ Keeping a track of the attendance of employees using MENA ITECH System.
▪ Assist the HR Manager to process manpower requisition as per the budget and manage the benefit packages offered to employees.
▪ Assist in drafting a job description and getting it approved from direct manager.
▪ Prepare and maintain monthly employee listings such us; provision report, newly hire, and absentee reports. Maintain and update company organizational charts, phone directory and other requested reports as needed.
▪ Maintain routine, confidential records and reports in a filing system.

D. Employee Relations
▪ Assist HR Manager for keeping a track on employee turnover and exit interview report, entering termination/resignation in the system and updating weekly report.
▪ Planning events or activities regularly or on some occasions, getting those approved by senior management and implementing those.
▪ Works closely with HR Manager and Senior Management to develop strategic plans related to employees’ retention strategies, organizational development, performance planning and social welfare for employees.
▪ Assist in creating policies and procedures, table of penalties, codes of conduct and maintain
enforcement activities.
▪ Conducting investigation regarding employees’ issue, preparing investigation report.
Schedule a brain storming meeting for the final recommendations.

ER/HR Coordinator في The Sultan Center

▪ Conducts internal investigations regarding
complaints/employee relations issues.

Manager.

▪ Ensure that all staff (Senior & Line Manager) are
informed and updated on key business, employee
relations, incidents and organization issues by
providing accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly
report.

sense for the issues taking place in the
environment and keeping the GM updated.
▪ Successfully completes critical aspects of
deliverables with a hands-on approach, including
drafting acknowledgement letters, personal
correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate
the GM's ability to effectively lead the company.
▪ Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters
expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on
projects to successful completion, often with
deadline pressure.
