Gas Metering Unit, Fuel Gas Compressor Unit (FGC), Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSGs), Gas Turbine Generators (LM6000), Chemicals for Water Treatment, Pumps, Air Compressors, Emergency Diesel Engine & Generator, Overhead Crane & Manual Hoist, Fire Fighting System Fans and Blowers, Filters, Water Chiller, Bearing and Accessories, Motors, Transformers, Sub Station Equipment and Accessories, Control Valves, Analyzers, HMI, Control Room/PCM Equipment and Accessories, Safety Equipment/Accessories and so on.
· Maintain a comprehensive database of existing and potential suppliers.
· Regularly update supplier information to ensure accuracy.
· Bid tabulation with minimum three suppliers.
· Market Research, Evaluate Supplier Capabilities,
· Supplier Audits, Performance History, Cost and Pricing Analysis, Negotiate Terms, Risk Assessment, Select Preferred Suppliers, Formalize Agreement,
Continuous Monitoring.
