We were trying to collect payments from customers since this is Fingerhut, a Collections acct, its like Lazada or Shopee in the Philippines. If they're experiencing difficulties with their payments, we offer them Autopay or any program to bring their accts current.
Way back March 13, 2020, I was originally profiled for a Travel acct but due to the lockdown, we werent given the fullblast training so I waited till October came, I was reprofiled for a Microsoft store acct but I failed the training that's why I decided to resign.
I handled Amazon Audible here. First we verify their accts then if they asks us to cancel their acct, we cancel them provided we refund the money back into their accts. We also walk them through on how to purchase audiobooks using their mobile devices and their computers.
We were only clicking the rebuttals in case a customer asks us about the campaign they want to enroll into and if they qualify for the campaign, we'll escalate their calls for them to talk with live agents.
We were just filling up the blank items in the form and we encode their full names, dob, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. And we make sure that the information encoded was done accurately and precisely.
We were encoding messages for customer back when beepers/pagers were still in. We encode their messages for the clients benefit for example if the message sent was "Call me back", it means that the client is asking for a call back.
