.Develop and implement New Order System
Provides and implement the New Order Sheet to collate Yamaha's Distributor monthly order.
•Price List Management
•Providing Slow-moving Report on monthly and quarterly basis.
•Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) that are approved by management.
•Providing monthly report of Purchase, Sales, and Inventory and sending it to Yamaha Corporation Japan.
•Coordinating with Logistics department for customs clearance of goods, cargo shortages etc.
•Provides pre-sales supports and effective communication at all levels with Yamaha Distributors in Sub-Sahara and MENA Region and even in Iraq and Pakistan.
•Provides allocation priority and forecast sheets (model-wise) on a monthly basis.
•Maximizing sales, closely communicate and negotiate with Distributors about order taking, PI issuance, reminder of payment, delivery instruction.
•Reflecting Sales Forecasts such as last minute changes to forecast based on business requirements
•Respond to customers order related inquiries and address customer satisfaction
•Provide monthly forecast reports
•Balancing and analyzing the impact of forecast accuracy
•Construct and execute best methods in preparing forecasts and respective inventory targets.
•Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
•Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with Product Specialists and Line Manager reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory goals (emphasis on model transitions, new product introduction, and promotions).
•Coordinate with marketing team to properly plan the forecast for their respective markets as per demand
•Manage Customer complaints and adherence to the follow up process
•Coordinate production schedules with headquarters Production, Sales and Operations
•Evaluate information received from the customer to determine the appropriate action
