Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
• Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards and taking strict decisions in case of
problems
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
• Responsible of the RO system
• Purchasing of all chemicals used in the wipes production and testing
• Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
• Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of
goods
• Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the
process is correct
• Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to
industry and company standards
• Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
• ISO Implementation in the quality department & coordination with consultants
My Master 2 internship concerned the study of the stability of natural dyes in different types of drinks (Freez And Juice) where an extraction for dyes was performed from incubated drinks under different conditions of temperature, light and oxygen .The extraction was followed by spectrophotometric measurements .
In addition my duties covered the following areas :
Overviews theoretical information about production process
Tests CO2, Brix, vacuum, Capping, tanks and alcohol levels at the physico-chemical laboratory
Tests pH, acidity, alcohol and Brix for syrups
Performs preparation lab procedures
Media Preparation for Microbiological tests
Water Sampling from the whole factory
Overviews theoretical information about waste water treatment
Performs lab analysis for waste water
