Responsibilities:
•Oversees civil site construction activities such as managing the civil sub-contractors and site construction progress.
•Supervised Construction Projects.
•Participates with Co-Engineer in preparing Maintenance programmers.
•Directly reporting to Site Manager/Construction Manager.
•Direct the works of the site supervisor / foreman & the sub-contractors.
•Check & review the plans and coordinate any discrepancies to the construction manager.
•Ensuring that the works are performed in accordance with the specification / procedure.
•Prepare weekly accomplishment / progress report (weighted) base on the construction schedule.
•Prepare manpower, equipment’s and materials requirement.
•Monitor & check the materials availability & deliveries prior to the sequence of works.
•Ensure that the works is done in good quality prior to inspection of the consultant.
•Supervise ongoing structural, civil, architectural works and site development.
•Prepare construction schedule prior to the completion date required by the owner.
•Coordinate the works to sub-contractors to meet the given time table.
•Responsible for the safety and housekeeping of the covered area.
