• Performed destructive testing on UTM.
• Under took ULTRASONIC TESTING on Fokker Bond tester.
• Dimensional inspection of insert, skin, core and finished deck.
• Created Route card for pre and post bonding process.
• Flatness inspection of deck using straight edge bar and feeler gauge
• Flatness inspection of packages using CMM.
• Prepared stress-strain graph and then found Young’s modulus.
- Review the test certificate of Filler Metal and consumable as per WPS.
- Supervised the welder qualification test (WQT) and monitoring all parameter as per WPS (Current, Voltage, Travelling Speed and heat input).
- Preparing Welder’s Performance Record (WPQR) and Welder ID Card.
- Supervised the Welder Qualification Guided Bend Test (Side Bend, Root & Face Bend).
- Supervised the PMI Test
- Pipe fit up Welding Inspection and Final Inspection with respect to internal and external alignment, root gap, Bevel angle, Groove angle as per approved drawing, applicable WPS, Project Specifications from Client.
- Supervised the Ultrasonic Testing (UT); Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
