Products: Types of Pastas, Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Hot Sauce, White Vinegar, Dressing Salads, Pasta Sauce and Barbeque Sauce.
•Analysis of packaging materials, incoming raw material and finished products.
•Carrying out daily supervising activities to ensure hygiene and quality of the products.
•Maintain environmental, personal and equipment hygiene.
•Performing Physical Inspection and Swabbing.
•Inspect cleanliness and sanitation activities in the facility and confirm that is up to the mark.
•Monitoring all inspection and testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration.
•Monitoring and examining each stage of production. Ensure that all testing is performed according to the standards.
•Performing physiochemical analysis in Pasta Section and Condiment Section.
•Coordinate product analysis from third party laboratories.
•Prepare daily analysis reports and documentation.
•Monitoring all food safety related issue and corrective action plan accordingly.
•Ensure the implementation of HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000, Conduct quality and hygiene awareness training for staffs.
