• Managed complete lifecycle of strategic and other projects from concept to delivery.
• Work closely with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects.

• Coordinate with external consultants and/or internal subject matter experts to design and implement various infrastructure-related projects.
• Work with change management processes on multiple projects to deploy solutions onto the production environment aligned with change advisory board recommendations.
• Review end user requirements and provide information for Pre-FEED (Front End Engineering Designer) initiation.
• Work closely with FEED consultants to prepare and review scope of work and project requirements and align scope with end user requirements and corporate objectives.
• Ensure all corporate IT specification documents are progressively modified and developed as per IT strategic objectives.
• Verify project documentation for IT deliverables including Infrastructure Design, Supplier Bids, Prequalification Documents, Product Specification, Work Method Statement etc.
• Ensure all RFI from FEED Consultants and EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) Contractors are addressed.
• Identify stakeholders, ensure stakeholder requirements are realized and addressed within project constraints.
• Review and deliver projects as per approved project scope.
• Ensure customer, project team, contractors, vendors and suppliers work in synergy to achieve project objectives.
• Continuously ensure project team and contractors deliver projects as per client requirement.
• Meet project stakeholders at regular interval to review project progress.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and up to date during project phases and hand over.
